Executive Director & Owner
Dominique brings over 20 years of experience working with the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) community. As Executive Director and Owner of Merit Consulting, Inc., she is committed to helping participants make informed choices and build lives that reflect their goals.
A native New Mexican who speaks Spanish, Dominique understands the unique culture and family values of our state. She values each participant’s background, relationships, and traditions, and brings that understanding to her work with participants and their circles of support.
